As a small business producing in limited quantities, we strive to offer unique, high-quality products while keeping operations lean. Our policies are designed to maintain fairness and transparency, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will:
- Offer a replacement, subject to availability
- If a replacement is not possible, issue a full refund once the damaged item is returned and inspected
Please contact us at support@racewear.in within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date we receive the returned damaged product.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues and are subject to size availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Ensure the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
Due to our limited stock runs, size exchanges may not always be possible.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
